Literacy, week 9
Hey! For this week of literacy, we have been focusing on paragraphs, we learned how to identify the structure, main idea, and different types of sentences in paragraphs. We also had to experiment with our sentence structures using mostly complex sentences, while also having to figure out how to make our closing statement so that it would summarise our writing.

Nga Tau
For week 8 this week we had to count from 1-100 in Maori, we had to write down some of the numbers in Maori. We learned about compound words put in between the numbers, such as- ma and te.
We also learned a lot about how other countries wrote their numbers down and how they were able to count their possessions.
